We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and, if we do so, we will provide the updated version on our web site. If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Terms and Conditions will continue to apply. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Australia & its Territories.

Warranty Information:

1. SwimFresh Controller Unit: 7 years (Full warrantee for the first year) Parts covered for the remaining 6 years but not including labor, *conditions apply.

2. Ozone Injection Manifold & Ionization Cell (Not including Electrodes) 7 Years full warranty

3. Ozone Module Lamps: 2 years (Full warrantee for the first year) Parts covered in the second year

 but not including labor *conditions apply

4. Ozone Tubing, and Ozone Non Return Valve: 12 month’s full warranty

 

*Conditions of warranty:

A 12 month scheduled check within the first 2 years will be conducted by Healing Water Supplies technician at a fee of $120 to check Ozone Suctions are operating at optimum level and all pool equipment is functioning correctly, filters will also be cleaned. This will not apply if a trained SwimFresh technician is servicing the pool regularly. If you are outside the metropolitan area, a checklist will be emailed on how to conduct a scheduled check, and be returned completed to SwimFresh.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

1. System incorrectly installed and not operated as stated in the owner’s manual.

2. Problems arising from incorrectly maintained pool water balances.

3. Problems arising from pool being larger than product rating.

4. Problems arising from incorrectly sized pumps filter & flow rates.

5. Problems arising due to misuse, neglect damage accidental or deliberate, unauthorized repairs or alterations, flood, fire, freezing, lightning, external water or weather damage or acts of God.
